BASIC CHARACTERISTIC

Appearance: brown thick liquid, odorless

pH value ：6.0-6.5

Solid Content: 73%±2%

RECIPE FOR REFERENCE

Reactive printing thickener H-50: 4.5-X%

Water: X%

Stir for about 1 minute with a machine.

Urea: 5%-30%

Resist K: 1%-3%

Sodium Bicarbonate 1.5-4%

The total proportion above is: 100%.

Adding the required reactive dyes: X%

Reactive printing is a highly technical process, so the amount of reactive printing paste H-50 will be slightly affected by the amount of dye, pH of sodium bicarbonate, resist K, , urea and electrolytes.

For example: generally for dark cloth, in the case of reactive dye added 5% ,sodium bicarbonate: 3%,resist K: 2% urea: 15% water: 74%, the active printing paste needs to be placed 6%

The cloth printed by active printing paste is dried by a rotary screen or a flat screen machine 3 minutes at 120℃, steamed for 10 minutes at 102℃，, and washed at 95 ℃. After a set of processes, the outline of the printed pattern and color are clear and bright. Obviously better than sodium alginate paste.

REMARK:

There are many uncertainties in the reactive printing process. For example, the length of the steaming time and washing time and the numbers of washings will affect the color depth. This instruction manual is for reference only.
