PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES

1. Super fast disperse speed.Test method: (200g pure water + 3g Thickener 528A handheld industrial spoon stir in less than one minute to complete thickening) applied in pigment printing ,white glue and base paste production.

2. Superior thickening effect. Recommended formula: 10% binder + 90% pure water + 1.3%- 1.5% thickener 528A.

3. Thickening effect: dosage 1.5% thickener 528A + 10% binder, viscosity 24000-26000 (In room temperature,NDJ-1 rotary viscometer, 12rpm/4# spindles ,modulus 500).

4.High color yield, higher 15-20% than general thickener color yield, less dosage of dyestuff. For customers to reduce the cost of production.

5.Soft hand touch, softer than general PFT thickener applied in pigment printing fabric.

6. No screen clot, no white bar appear, no precipitation within 6 month.

7.Superior disperse speed, applied in white glue and base paste production .

INSTRUCTION MANUAL:

Because the liquid property of thickener 528A, it can be added directly to pigment printing paste,no need intermediate production step for reserve paste. Firstly, mix up water, binder, other auxiliaries and dyestuff, then added thickener 528A slowly with stirring until the desired viscosity. 10 - 15 minutes to complete stir is necessary to ensure uniform dispersion of the thickener

Precipitation appears after thickener too long storage. Just uniformly stir it. No influence to pigment printing quality and thickener effect.
