High Fastness Binder ( T-38 )

BASIC CHARACTERISTIC:
Appearance: milky white viscous liquid
Ion: Anionic
Solid content: 38 ± 2
PH: 6.5-7

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
Moderate hand touch, excellent dry and washing fastness, can achieve 3.5-4 levels. Especialy for cotton fabric pigment printing.

DOSAGE:
Light color dosage:10%-15%
Dark color dosage:20%-25%
It is used for machine printing with good wet friction, not easy to screen clot.The fastness is much better after curing.

TEMPERATURE:
Overheat conditions: 150 ° C -180 ° C, overheating time: 3-5 minutes.
