The Rubber Paste Binder (BY-301) is a kind of acrylic emulsion resin. It can be no longer sticky on the surface after drying at room temperature ;high resistance to viscous. It has excellent dispersion with different types of titanium powder. So Rubber Paste Binder (BY-301) is ideal for the producing of slow dry type and no clotting screen printing machine (APEO & NPEO free, DNP, heavy metal, AZO can match EU’s eco standard )

Property:
Not easy to deformation, resistance to high strength, high temperature, acid, alkali and flame retardant
Low temperature fixation, no need high temperature cure, that can save energy greatly. The printing rubber paste prepared by Rubber Paste Binder (BY-301) can be cross-linking curing under 105℃. It is one of the Rubber Paste Binder with the lowest cross-linking temperature in China.

Remark:
When not in use, please seal the Rubber Paste Binder (BY301) to prevent surface crust, cause waste. Because it is very different of the material, so manufacturers should use sample debugging before use.

Packing:  50/125kgs per plastic drum or 200kgs metal drum

Storage: Product store in airtight containers, avoid high temperature, direct sunlight and freezing.
Transport at 5 ℃ to 45℃ temperature and storage. Shelf life of six months
