After overheat 3-5 minutes in 150 - 160℃，it can reach 4.0 -4.5 level dry crocking fastness, 3.5-4.0 level wet crocking fastness.

Imitated Reactive Printing Binder (V-80)
Super soft binder V-80 is water based binder, it is mainly made of acrylate emulsified, including special crosslinking polymer emulsion.（APEO & NPEO free, DNP, heavy metal, AZO can match EU’s eco standard ）
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
Super soft binder V-80 applied to pigment printing and has excellent performance which can reach the imitated reactive printing level.
After overheating, the dry friction is 4.5 to 5.0 level, wet friction is 4.0 to 4.5 level.
BASIC CHARACTER：
Appearance：Slight yellowish white liquid
Ion state: anion
Solid content：42±2
PH：6.5—7
APPLICATION：
light color dosage：10%—15%
Dark color dosage：20%—25%
It is used for machine printing with good wetting function, not easy to screen clot, the fastness is much better after curing
Temperature：130—160℃，time：3—5 minutes
