Soft Pigment Printing Binder (V-40 )

Binder V-40 is water based binder, it is mainly made of acrylate emulsified, including special crosslinking polymer emulsion.（APEO & NPEO free, DNP, heavy metal, AZO can match EU’s eco standard ）

Appearance：milky white liquid
Ion state: anion
Solid content：38±2
PH:6.5—7

PROPERTY：

Very soft touch, excellent dry and washing fastness. Especially for cotton fabric pigment printing.

APPLICATION：

light color dosage：10%—15%
Dark color dosage：20%—25%
It is used for machine printing with good wet friction, not easy to screen clot. The fastness is much better after curing.
Temperature:150—180℃，time:3—5 minutes

REMARK：

Need to make lab testing before machine trial.

PACKING：50kg / 125kgs in blue plastic drum,200kg in metal drum

STORAGE：Store in a cool, dry environment, avoid direct sunlight, shelf life of 6 months
