DRY RUBBING FASTNESS  IMPROVER BY168
Dry Rubbing Fastness Improver BY-168 can improve dry and wet rubbing fastness, soft hand-feel and color yield of pigment printing.

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES
Recommended dosage: 0.5-1% (depending on the hand-feel and rubbing fastness of binder)
1%-1.5% (Improve the softness obviously)
Usage: Add into the ready-to-use printing paste (binder + thickener + water) and stir evenly. This prepared printing paste quality is remained for 12 month.
Overheating temperature: 130 -150 ℃. (The printing effect is the best after fully high temperature overheat)
Comparison test method :
Binder 20% + PTF thickener 1.5-2% + pigment 6% +Dry Rubbing Fastness Improver BY-168 0.5-1.5% + water X%
Binder 20% + PTF Thickener 1.5-2% + pigment 6% + water X%
Pigment printing in the same conditions, overheat in an oven at 150 ℃ for 3 minutes, and then comparison test for hand-feel, color yield, wet and dry rubbing fastness.
Test Results:
1, After adding Improver BY-168, the color yield increased by 5%-10%.
2. After adding Improver BY-168, the dry rubbing fastness improves 1.0-1.15 level.
3. After adding Improver BY-168, the wet rubbing fastness enhances 0.25 level
4, After adding Improver BY-168, hand-feel increases 10%-15%.
5. After adding Improver BY-168, the water washing does not increase greatly.

REMARK
Depending on the pigment printing requirements or the fabric material, for higher water washing requirements, it is recommended to properly add the conventional fixing agent or activator, or increase the amount of binder. Since the Improver BY-168 improves greatly of hand-feel, the amount of the Improver BY-168 cannot exceed 2%, otherwise it will have a certain influence on the water washing effect.
