Basic characteristic

Properties:

Appearance: Transparent to light yellow transparent liquid.

Solid content:≥95%

Solubility: Completely soluble in water, alcohols, ketones and esters.

PH value: 6.0-6.5

Store time: The system adding Crosslinker PC-100 can store about 24 hours, otherwise it turn to jam.Because the solid content of PC-100 is very high.

Application

1.Usage: Leather coating, printing coating, water-based ink additives.

2.Adding PC-100 in Pigment Binder: The washing effect obviously improved 1-2 levels in mercerized cotton, nylon, cotton, denim.The dry rubbing fastness improve 1.5 levels.

3. Adding PC-100 in Rubber Paste/Elastic White Paste: The washing effect improved 1-2 levels. The dry rubbing fastness improve 1.5 levels.

Instructions

1.The amount added is usually 0.5% of the total system.

2. Adding Ammonia 1% in the system can improve the washing and rubbing fastness, and the store time increase from 24 hours to about 34 hours.

3. 110℃ overheat 2-3 hours or 48 hours natural dry.

4. The effect is much better with our Binder V-60 and Binder ZD-30.

Store

Crosslinker PC-100 shelf life is 12 months under normal conditions.

The system prepared with PC-100 have shelf life 24 hours. After adding ammonia 1% can increase store life from 24 hours to 34 hours.
